Cooling Coils

Cooling & Heating coils for chilled water hot water thermic fluid can be precisely designed & supplied for all applications.

Material of construction in Cu/Al, SS/Al can be given based on individual selection.

Thermic fluid coils are used to impart high temperature to the chemical process & also used for boilers.

Thermic fluid is useful for high-temperature ovens.

Coils are designed based on the temperature required in a certain process and the availability of oil pressure and temperature. The surface area of heat transfer is significantly increased.

We can design according to application.

Coiled Coolers

Coiled coolers are used for cooling water & coolant with axial fans for areas where water is scarce or for saving water to the nation by saving nearly 90 % of water used by normal cooling towers.

Calculation of fin area is done based on qty of water/coolant flowing through the system.

We can also replace existing coils of finned coolers of Indian & International makes.

Coolers will be supplied in Cu/Al or SS/Al based on the fluid to be pumped.
